Historical testing included water sample analysis, tainting and toxicity assessment for polyamide epoxy coated samples.
Abrasion & Adhesion
SABS testing included Taber abrasion and cross-cut adhesion evaluation on coated panels.
Corrosion & Weathering
Testing included salt fog exposure, artificial weathering, impact, flexibility and temperature resistance.
Combustion Evaluation
CSIR evaluated epoxy coated steel plate for flammability, flame spread and heat contribution.

Brake Fluid Immersion Testing
Testing was performed at 90°C for 207 hours, recording adhesion and no signs of disintegration.
SABS Corrosion, Weathering & Mechanical Testing
Panels were tested for salt fog resistance, artificial weathering, temperature resistance, abrasion, impact, flexibility, adhesion and coating thickness.
CSIR Combustion Characteristics
CSIR evaluated epoxy coated steel plate for flammability characteristics, flame spread behaviour and heat contribution.
SABS Abrasion & Adhesion Testing
SABS testing included Taber abrasion resistance and cross-cut adhesion testing on coated steel panels.
SABS Tainting & Toxicity Test
SABS 1217 tainting and toxicity testing was completed as part of the historical water-contact testing record.
